Liquid blending is the process of mixing liquids and/or dissolving powdered ingredients into a homogeneous blend.
FIPROS operates various tanks for liquid blending of different sizes up to 14,000 liters.

Additional processing options
In liquid blending, any liquid or dissolved materials can be mixed into a homogeneous product. Additionally, our blending technology offers cutting, emulsification, and pasteurization steps. By means of vacuum treatment, air particles can be removed to extend shelf life. A boiling and extracting step can encapsulate and concentrate elements such as taste or ingredients, which can then be spray dried.
