Liquid blending is the process of mixing liquids and/or dissolving powdered ingredients into a homogeneous blend. FIPROS operates various tanks for liquid blending of different sizes up to 14,000 liters.
Application areas
In liquid blending, any liquid or dissolved materials can be mixed into a homogeneous product. Additionally, our blending technology offers cutting, emulsification, and pasteurization steps. By means of vacuum treatment, air particles can be removed to extend shelf life. A boiling and extracting step can encapsulate and concentrate elements such as taste or ingredients, which can then be spray dried.
