We are looking for an organized and competent sales coordinator with a real “Can Do” attitude to support our small Sales, Marketing, and Innovation (SMI) Team. As Sales Coordinator, you will work closely with the SMI Team, communicate daily with customers from all over the world and be in constant exchange with colleagues across all different functions. You will report to our Sales and Innovation Director and support him and the team in keeping lots of balls in the air. You will join a positive and busy work environment where no day is like the other and where you will get the opportunity to work independently and further develop yourself.
As Sales Coordinator you will have the following tasks:
- Taking care of new customer inquiries and leading the journey from first contact to order.
- Answering a wide variety of questions regarding production details, packing, pricing and more.
- Organizing and taking part in customer meetings.
- Working with our Customer Relationship Management System Streak to organize and keep track of all customer related activities.
- Follow up activities and other ad hoc tasks.
You are an outgoing and well-structured person who has the desire and the energy to support and keep track of all our diverse sales activities. Ideally, you have some experience from a sales- or customer service-related job in the food manufacturing sector, and some knowledge about food technology and production. You should have an interest in food processing and technology and be curious to learn more about it. Your educational background could be business- related or in food technology or similar. What counts for us is your motivation, your “Can Do” attitude and your ability to take responsibility. Good English skills are essential, Danish and other languages are an advantage but not a must.
FIPROS is a contract manufacturer for the food industry in Scandinavia and Northern Europe and offers its customers flexible solutions and combinations of several production processes. In this way we support our customers in developing and testing new products, expanding capacities, producing products that do not fit into their own production and in various ad hoc tasks.
The position is full-time. The starting date is as soon as possible. Interviews take place continuously until the right candidate is found.
